European Tours

Players get selected, based on performances during the season, from each age group to compete in annual European Football Tours in countries such as Spain, Italy and Portugal. This exposes the players to an extremely competitive environment allowing them to play against the likes of Barcelona, Manchester City, Arsenal, Bayer Munich and Juventus academies.

The experience the players gain throughout these tours are priceless. They come back with an enhanced understanding of football, having learnt new things, experienced amazing moments and had an unforgettable time.

These tours occur during the Easter and Summer periods depending on your child’s age group. Further information is given by Club Officials near the beginning of the season when the teams have been confirmed. Only the top teams per age group get the opportunity to compete in these tours due to their complexity however, players demonstrating great progress throughout the season may get given the opportunity as well.

Football Cup Barcelona is an international youth football tournament for boys and girls, held in Salou and Cambrils area in the south of Barcelona. A high-quality football tournament designed to provide unforgettable days of football and fun – on and off the field. The tournament will be played at a fantastic football venue with 8 full-size fields – four high-quality natural grass (two hybrid fields) and four latest generation artificial grass fields.

Previous Tour: The Holland Cup, Almere, Netherlands – April 2019

With over 100 people traveling with us, we ventured across Europe to play against some of the toughest opposition yet! The spectacular tulip fields and the temperature soaring to the high 20s, this was our most successful tournament yet. With trips into Amsterdam and enjoying the stunning Centre Parcs, Almere, no one was left without a smile on their faces.

Previous Tour: The Milano Football Festival, Milano, Italy – March 2018

Under 9 and Under 10 Berks Elite FC teams travelled to Italy to compete against teams from all around the world. They played on some of the best pitches in Italy and had the opportunity to meet professional footballers from Inter Milan’s first team such as Icardi. They watched Inter Milan vs Verona at the San Siro with an incredible 3-0 victory for the home side. It was a great experience for everyone involved and we look forward to next year’s European tour where we will continue our excellent form in Europe.
